Fees & Rebates

Psychological consultations

Our psychologist offers phone and online consultations that run for 50 minutes. Online consultations are delivered via Halaxy - a secure, encrypted web platform used by health professionals. The full fee of the consultation is $180. Payment is required on the date of the consultation and can be made electronically, via credit card or bank transfer. Some rebates apply, and will be automatically processed for you by our admin team at the time of the consultation.

Counselling Services

Our counsellor offers phone and online consultations, and the cost of the consultation is $120. Payment is required on the date of the consultation and can be made electronically.

Unfortunately, Medicare rebates do not apply for consultations with our counsellor.

Workshops

Our team are seasoned presenters and group facilitators, and have delivered workshops and training packages in a number of different settings including schools, workplaces and community settings.

Medicare Rebates

Medicare rebates may apply for clients with a current Mental Health Care Plan and referral issued to them by their GP. Under the Better Access to Mental Health Care scheme, these clients can access a Medicare rebate on consultations with a psychologist for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Medicare offers a rebate of $92.90 per session with a psychologist. For those who have reached the Medicare safety net - a higher rebate is payable. The Medicare rebate is processed automatically after the consultation - meaning there is no additional work or reporting required of you. Our process is streamlined to make it easier for you to get the support that you need.

Private Health Rebates

Clients with private health insurance may be able to claim rebates for their consultations with our psychologist. Clients should contact their insurance provider directly for more information on the offered inclusions.

Victims Support Service

We are an approved Victims Support Service provider. We provide support and counselling to clients that have been exposed to or have experienced violent crimes in NSW under this program. Clients can access up to 22 hours of psychological support with our psychologist under this program. There is a free service, and there is no cost associated with accessing this service. Our psychologist has experience in supporting clients recovering from a range of different traumatic events, and has training in several different therapeutic approaches.

Work Development Order (WDO)

We are a Work Development Order (WDO) Sponsor. Under this initiative by Revenue NSW, we provide counselling and mental health treatment for eligible participants and in the process, assist them in reducing their outstanding penalty amounts owed to Revenue NSW. Participants must demonstrate a need for mental health care and support, and experience of financial difficulty and hardship to be eligible. Participants are offered an opportunity to re-prioritize their mental health needs, and in doing so, significantly reduce the amount owed to Revenue NSW through their participation and engagement.



Motor Vehicle & Workers Compensation Insurance

Our psychologist is registered with State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) to provide psychological support for people who have been injured in a motor vehicle accident or have sustained a workplace injury. Services provided under this initiative come at no cost, and are covered by the insurance provider.
