Victims Services

Level Headed Psychology offers counselling for individuals who have experienced a violent crime through Victims Services.

The Victims Support Scheme is a New South Wales initiative by the Department of Communities and Justice that supports individuals that have experienced a violent crime through counseling, financial support and recognition payments. Under this scheme, individuals may access up to 22 hours of free counselling by approved and experienced counsellors.

Level Headed Psychology is an approved Victims Services Counselling Service. We offer counselling to victims of crime to help them recover emotionally and psychologically. We support children (from the age of 10) right through to adults, and offer our services by phone and online.

If you are unsure about whether you might be eligible to access support and services under this scheme, you are encouraged to contact the Victims Access Line on 1800 633 063, or visit the Victims Services website at www.victimsservices.justice.nsw.gov.au.

If you have received approval from Victims Services, and are wanting to receive counselling support under this scheme, you are encouraged to contact us on 0424 600 755, or email us at info@levelheadedpsychology.com.au.

We are currently accepting new clients and do not have a waitlist.
